Sign up now for LYG’s annual Youth Empowerment Camp! Join LGBTQIA+ youth from the Kentuckiana area for a weekend of fun and friendship.
About this event
Camp is a launchpad for each participant’s journey to self-discovery, community connection, and long-term success. Our programs and activities are intentionally designed to provide a safe and affirming space for youth to build self-worth and leadership skills, while socializing and having fun. Our adult mentors provide authentic understanding and guidance for the youth, and help them to feel connected to the greater LGBTQIA+ community and the history of those who paved the way.
This camp is provided at no cost to youth ages 12-19. Participants must have consent from their caregivers/guardians to attend. All campers and mentors must have a negative Covid PCR test and show no symptoms the week of camp in order to attend.
